Goalkeeper Coach Position Available

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Goalkeeper Coach to join our management team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading training sessions with our goalkeepers, focusing on their technical, tactical, and mental development. You will work closely with our first team manager, Diogo, and his coaching staff to build on the success we’ve achieved this season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead specialized training sessions for goalkeepers, ensuring they are well-prepared for matches.
• Collaborate with the first team manager and coaching staff to align goalkeeper training with the overall team strategy.
• Monitor and assess goalkeeper performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans.
• Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and methodologies in goalkeeper training.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a goalkeeper coach, preferably at a competitive level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• A commitment to continuous professional development in coaching.
